Cooking Through Cultures - Jewish Cooking

Explore two different traditions of Jewish cooking. Lori Shaller will teach the Ashkenazic tradition of Eastern Europe, while Ljuba Davis will focus on the Sephardic tradition, originating in Spain, Portugal and the Mediterranean.
