Essential English
The teacher will provide a comfortable,
individualized learning environment that is supportive of different student
skills and needs. The underlying principle of the course is that we learn to read and write
by reading good literature and writing freely in an atmosphere that presumes that
making mistakes is an opportunity for growth. The class will also be
offered as part of college skills preparation.
