Please keep in mind that all descriptions are subject to editorial revision. All courses will have a final evaluation made by students. Teachers are required to submit the following forms unless already on file at MVRHS: w-4, I9, CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information), and a contract with ACE MV. For the CORI, you must bring one of the following documents in person to the Superintendent’s Office, 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven: (1) passport, (2) license and birth certificate, (3) license and social security card.
An ACE MV staff member, volunteer, or Advisory Council member will contact you shortly after submitting your proposal. You may submit your application (after your proposal is accepted) and résumé via email to: lynn@acemv.org.
