This class is for:
• Restaurant FOH (Front of House) managers, servers, food runners
• Bed & Breakfast owners and staff*
• Farmer’s Market owners and staff*
• Residential Kitchen owners and staff*

*please check first with your local Board of Health to find out if you are required to be ServSafe certified instead

Students will learn about:

  • Food borne illnesses
  • Hazards
  • Allergy awareness: common allergens, MA regulation
  • Keeping food safe: FAT-TOM, Be Food Safe
  • Know the rules: MA food code, local regulations
